Kelley Sheehan is a composer and musician whose works traverse electroacoustic music, multimedia, and performance art. In any medium, her work involves constructing environments that merge electronic and acoustic forces into a single organism. Her work focuses on sculpting noise, shifting materiality, building structures, machinery, and grappling with the sustainability of electronics in the face of the climate crisis. She has received numerous commissions and awards, including the Gaudeamus Award 2019, the John Green Prize 2023, the impuls composition commission for 2025, and an honorable mention at the Darmstadt Summer Course 2023.
