Monika Dalach Sayers is a Polish composer and multimedia artist. Her music uses pop culture references and tackles current issues such as environmental pollution. She seeks out hybrid forms of musical expression by confronting traditional ensemble formations with electronics, performative elements, text, and various new media. Monika Dalach completed her master’s degree in composition with Malcolm Singer and was awarded a Junior Artist Fellowship at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama London in 2017. Her works have been performed at festivals such as Warsaw Autumn, Sacrum Profanum, and the Darmstadt Summer Course, and at venues such as the Wigmore Hall, the Arthur Rubinstein Philharmonic and the National Philharmonic in Warsaw. She currently lives in London.
